I did some research on google and opensecrets. Here's what I came up with:
Quarterbacks:
McNabb
I couldn't find anything about McNabb's political beliefs online. But, he was attacked by Rush Limbaugh for being a black quarterback. Being attacked by Limbaugh makes you a great guy, in my book.
He doesn't make political contributions.
Brady
Brady supported Kerry for a long time. Last summer, Brady even agreed to host a fund-raiser for Kerry in Boston. He later canceled due to a scheduling conflict.
He was invited to Bush's State of the Union address in 2004, and he gave standing ovations numerous times, as Drudge says. However, Brady never publically endorsed Bush.
Brady doesn't give political donations.
Head Coaches
Reid
I couldn't find anything about his political beliefs, and he doesn't make political donations.
Belichick
In 1993, he and his wife each made $1000 to 'lifelong Republican and feminist' (wtf?) Bernadine Healy. She was the former director of NIH, and the donation was in the Republican primary for her Senate campaign. However, she seems to be a moderate.
Bill Belichick has also been harassed by Limbaugh, and the team he has formed is based on a group mentality and equality. Bill Belichick is the ultimate Democrat.
The team came out for the Super Bowl as a group, despite individual introductions, causing Rush Limbaugh to complain, "working together for the greater good is so close to 'the communist manifesto,' it's frightening." On the other hand, quiet coach Bill Belichick, ultimately responsible for making the product on the field, has been called "brilliant" by others for shaping a team of equals.

Team political contributions, 97-98
Eagles
Republican $3,500
Democrat $10,000
Patriots
Republicans $0
Democrats $18,500
So who's the more progressive organization? You decide. But I think the political contibutions, combined with the team spirit and what Belichick has turned the team into, makes the Patriots the ultimate progressive team. They are all equal, they all care about each other, and they represent the most liberal section of the country.
GO PATRIOTS!
